Founded by Steve Gregory in 1989 and based in Montreal, IsaiX has become a leader in North America in developing high performing teams by implementing its proprietary processes and technologies. Supported by Steve and Dr. Cecil Welch, PhD, IsaiX creates and customizes proprietary experiences and technologies for the distribution of knowledge, the acquisition and sustainment of customer relationships, and the implementation and ongoing effectiveness of coaching. This year, more than 10,000 professionals and 5,000 physicians in Canada, the United States, India and the United Kingdom will rely on IsaiX.
Our firm’s name arises from the age-old town of Ise, Japan. In this town, the shrine buildings as well as the Uji Bridge, are rebuilt every 20 years as a way of passing building techniques from one generation to the next. Our mission is drawn from that wisdom: that there are great building techniques that need to be passed on to each generation. At times, an organization needs to be put together, or strengthened, and at other times it must withstand the wear and tear of the marketplace.
In this spirit, we help our clients build their organizations – we are not simply a consulting company, or a training company, or even a technology company because we support our clients with all three.
