Interactive Document Training Guides
This is is an innovative tool that helps representatives quickly learn new promotional material. As many representatives are too busy, we developed a tool to ease the process and accelerate the learning process. The tool is rather inexpensive and turnaround is usually around a week or so. Note that virtual role-plays can be incorporated in to these for an additional cost.
Content Conversion
We will take an existing paper-based binder and either completely convert it to an eLearning format or create an eLearning companion to facilitate the knowledge transfer. We have adult learning experts on staff and instructional designers that help bring the content to life using Flash animations, case studies and virtual role-playing.
Interactive Video Games
For training or marketing purposes, IsaiX has developed interactive games that allow the user to learn by participating in an engaging activity. A recent project includes the creation of a virtual laparoscopy game that teaches users to identify lesions.
PDA Resource Centers
Laptop/Tablet/Palm/Pocket PC resource centers that allow representatives to access any information at any time - from objection handling to marketing strategy.
Web Course Builder
The Web Course Builder software is an easy to use authoring tool that allows anyone with simple word-processing skills to update IsaiX-built courses. WCB also allows content experts to build their own interactive and easy to use eLearning courses/tests/surveys.
Online Testing and Surveys
Online testing and surveys are very easy to setup. We even have a proprietary LMS that enables you to view real-time scores and statistics. The following link will give you a quick tour of the type of questions that can be asked, show you a sample test and then, if you submit answers to the test, will show you a sample report. Reports can easily be customized.
Medical Content
IsaiX has access to a vast library of medical content developed for local and international use. The courses were created for pharma by physicians and ex-pharma training staff. The courses are available in paper format, eLearning format (compatible with any AICC/SCORM compliant LMS) or a blended approach (paper/eLearning) and the offering is flexible. Course content also includes quiz/exam questions (and eTests for the "e" portion). Content can also be customized for your product.
