The IsaiX group consists of four integrated companies: Pharmahorizons Inc., IsaiX Technologies, Chyma Systems Inc. and Gregory Associates.
Headquartered in Montreal, Quebec, with offices in Ottawa and Toronto, Ontario, IsaiX Technologies is an application service provider that develops tools to enhance sales force effectiveness.
IsaiX Technologies began as a specialized training and consulting company in 1989. Under the name of Gregory Training Associates, it specialized in the development of sales organizations within the pharmaceutical, financial services and telecommunications industries. Gregory built its reputation by delivering integrated and sustainable solutions.
The IsaiX eLearning division draws from Gregory Associates' training experience to implement highly interactive and effective electronic training within organizations. IsaiX eLearning services allow organizations to expand and enhance training, increase productivity, while reducing costs. IsaiX offers the following eLearning solutions.
- IsaiX has in-house eLearning experts who build customized professional courses. You provide the content, we provide the magic! Courses can include graphics, audio, video, flash, interactive role plays, games and all courses have testing and data gathering capabilities.
- The Web Course Builder software is an easy to use authoring tool that allows anyone with simple word-processing skills to update IsaiX-built courses. WCB also allows content experts to build their own interactive and easy to use eLearning courses/tests/surveys.
- IsaiX can host all courses, surveys, and tests. User lists and results are captured and presented as customized reports.
In the past few years, IsaiX Technologies has become the major supplier of eLearning applications to the Canadian Pharmaceutical industry, listing among its current clients over 20 of the major pharmaceutical companies as well as the Council for Continuing Pharmaceutical Education (the Canadian regulatory body that certifies all pharmaceutical representatives to work in Canada). IsaiX Technologies has also designed and conducted the implementation and training (initial and ongoing, blended learning approach) of a PDA-based Customer Relationship Management application with seven Canadian Pharmaceutical companies. In addition, IsaiX has developed and implemented a coaching tool that develops and sustains competency models.
